That's not a problem, you do not need to include a returns form when sending your items back to our warehouse as we have switched to paperless returns and the return process is entirely digital. 

You can create a label via our returns portal "ReBound" and this will contain all the necessary information for the return such as your order number, return address, reason for return and tracking information.

When your return arrives in our warehouse it simply needs to be scanned to generate your refund. If our warehouse encounters any problems with your return our Customer Care Team will reach out to you.

All you need to do is package the item(s) appropriately and follow our instructions here.
