We're only able to offer exchanges in store (subject to availability).
In store, our team can help select a replacement style, colour or size. Please note if a replacement cannot be found, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method and may take up to 5 working days.
We're not able to offer exchanges on items that are returned to our warehouse. Returns to our warehouse will be refunded. You will need to purchase an alternative size or colour online, please return the unwanted item and place a new order. Returns will be processed and refunded in 14 to 21 days.
Please note because of the nature of some products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear, or swimwear where the hygiene seal is not intact. This list is not exhaustive and does not affect your statutory rights.
