Please note a $5 charge is applicable which will be deducted from your refund total.

Further, due to the nature of some products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear, or swimwear where the hygiene seal is not intact. This list is not exhaustive and does not affect your statutory rights.


New logo and visual style for the NZ Post

Return via NZ Post 

  1. Click here to start your return through our returns portal. You’ll find your Order ID on your confirmation email or on the returns form received with your parcel.
  2. Select your returns method and generate the Returns Label.
  3. Package your return appropriately.
  4. Apply label to outside of your return and drop the parcel off at your selected drop off location.

Please note that only online purchases can be returned via our courier services. Your return will not reach us if any other services are used.

Please allow up to 14-21 days for your return and refund to be processed.
