Orders with oversized items (e.g., tents, furniture, luggage) are sent via an Oversized Service and delivered within 10 days. You will be notified during checkout. If your order contains multiple products plus an oversized item, these may be sent in separate parcels.

Exclusions
We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that delivery will not be affected by events outside our control. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.
We are currently unable to ship some items internationally. In the instance we are not able to ship your item, it will be cancelled and we will notify you.
Custom Charges
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars.
Recipients of deliveries outside New Zealand may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and Mountain Warehouse cannot offer assistance in these processes.
We would advise you check the customs duty threshold of the country you are sending your items to, before you order, and keep your total basket value below that threshold should you wish to avoid any additional charges.
