There are different ways to track your order
Tracking via your Mountain Warehouse account
If you have an account with us, simply log in to your account using your email address and password.
Under section "Orders" you can view your orders, track them and start a return.
Please note, if you cannot use the "Track Order" function in your account it means your order is not with the carrier yet or the courier hasn't updated the tracking yet. More information on this can be found in our Help Centre article "Why can't I track my order?"

Tracking via our website
On our website we have a "Track My Order" tool which we have linked for you here.
You will need your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation and dispatch emails and starts with the letter M) as well as your email address that you used when placing the order.
Your dispatch confirmation email will also contain your tracking number and link to the courier website to track your parcel. If you can't find it, please check your junk/spam folders in case they have landed there by mistake. (Please note, Click&Collect Orders currently do not receive dispatch emails with tracking information)
