Do I have to pay customs charges for my order?

Orders shipped to the EU will not incur customs charges.
 
Should you have been requested to pay a customs fee, please do contact us here with a copy of your customs receipt and we will look into this further for you.
 
Please note that orders to Israel do incur customs charges.
