We are currently unable to add delivery instructions to your order before it is shipped.

However, once your order is shipped and with our couriers Evri or DHL, you can add delivery instructions to your delivery via:

  • the Evri App
  • the  'Track & Divert' Link in your Evri Status Update email
  • the DHL App
  • the 'Rearrange a delivery' link in your DHL Status Update email

Please note depending on where your parcel may be in its journey, any changes are not guaranteed to be implemented in time. 

Instructions do not include any changes to your delivery address or order.
