Once arrived in store, we hold your Click and Collect order for 10 days. You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. If your order has not been collected within 7 days, you will receive another reminder by email. You will then have a further 3 days to visit the store.

Please note, we are unable to hold orders beyond the specified 10-day period.

Should you be unable to collect your order within this time, it will be cancelled and refunded to your original method of payment minus any Click and Collect charges detailed on your delivery options.

Refunds to the original payment method can take up to 28 days due to several factors: bank and payment provider processing times, differences between payment methods, and internal system checks. While it often takes less time, this window sets realistic expectations for any delays outside of our control.

Please remember to bring your order confirmation email on collection along with one form of ID (e.g., payment card, photocard driving licence, passport, etc.).
