Orders with oversized items (e.g. tents, furniture, luggage) are sent via a Large Standard Service (DHL) and delivered within 3-5 days, between 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday. You will be notified of this during checkout. If your order contains multiple products plus an oversized item, these may be sent in separate parcels. 

Please note we are unable to upgrade the delivery method to Express or Next Day once your order has been placed.

 

Premium Standard Delivery** 

Please note that this delivery option excludes BFPO addresses. 

 

Next Day Delivery***

Next Day Delivery will take place Monday to Saturday, except Bank Holidays.

If you order before 8pm on Friday, the parcel will be delivered on Saturday. Please note if you place an order before 8pm on Saturday and Sunday, it will be delivered on Monday.

During busy periods we may switch off this service – when that happens, please choose 'Express Delivery' at the checkout as the quickest option.

Exceptions apply and the Remote/Rural postcode areas below are not eligible for Next Day Delivery.
