You should receive a tracking number for any returns you have sent back to the seller. Please keep this safe until you have received your refund. Once the seller has processed your return you should receive an email confirming that your refund is being processed by the seller. Please allow 10 – 14 days for your return and refund to be processed and show in your bank account. 

If your refund is still outstanding after 14 days, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team providing your return tracking number so they can investigate with the seller.
