Amending an order

Once you’ve placed your order, we’re not able to amend it - our warehouse team picks and packs your order very quickly, which means we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it. This includes changes to the following:

  • Delivery addresses*
  • Delivery method (e.g. upgrade to Next Day Delivery)
  • Email addresses
  • Change of size
  • Change of colour
  • Adding an item
  • Removing an item

If you’ve changed your mind about your order, you can return the order (or part of it) to us for a refund with our return options here.

*Adding Delivery Instructions (Evri & DHL)

Once your order is on its way, you may be able to amend your delivery instructions:

  • via the Evri App or on their website here or via the 'Track & Divert' Link in your Evri emails
  • via the DHL App or the 'Rearrange a delivery' Link in your DHL email
