Returns are simple!
Please note: Due to the high volume of returns following our Black Friday sales, it may take up to 21 days from the date of return for your refund to be processed. We’re working hard alongside our partners to handle all returns as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this busy period.
You can return items to us within 60 days of purchase for a refund, as long as they’re in the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached, and in an unworn condition.
There are 3 ways to return items to us:
- Free return to any one of our stores
or:
to return via post (£2 charge applicable), you must register with our online portal and select from one of the below services:
- Via 24/7 InPost Locker via our online portal
- Via our online Courier service
If you start a return online and then decide to complete the return in-store, there is no charge.
Kindly be aware, that items returned through any other method may not reach us and will not be liable if lost.
Please note because of the nature of some products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear, or swimwear where the hygiene seal is not intact. This list is not exhaustive and does not affect your statutory rights.

Don’t forget that you’ll need to show your proof of purchase. For online purchases, this can be a confirmation email or dispatch note. We can refund all online payment types in store.
