In light of recent government announcements, we have extended our Christmas refund policy by an additional 60 days, you will now be able to return store purchases bought from 1st October 2020 – 31st December right up to the 5th May 2021.
For online purchases you can send your return to our warehouse. Please wait 21 days following your return being sent before contacting us. When we receive your return, we will email you with an update.

If a product isn’t right for you, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. You can return items to any of our stores or by posting back to our warehouse. Please see our full Returns Policy for more information. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns must be:
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase (i.e. store receipt, online order confirmation, dispatch email or dispatch note)
- In the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached
- In an unworn condition, footwear must not have been worn outside
To return your item
You can return your store or online purchases for FREE to stores, however please note that currently all our stores in Ontario are closed and Winnipeg Manitoba is only open for the sale of essential items and cannot take back returns or exchanges.
If you are returning online purchases to our warehouse, please fill out the Returns Form located on your packing list and send it to us with your item. If you can't find your Return form, please click here to print a blank form.
Goods must be returned at your cost. We recommend you use recorded delivery to return any items to us as the goods are your responsibility until we receive them.
