Our returns process is quick and easy. If a product isn’t right for you, you can return it to us within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Please see our full Returns Policy for more information. Please note that the return postage is at your own cost, you will be shown any charges and asked to complete payment before completing your return.
Returns must be:
- Accompanied by your dispatch note/ returns form
- In the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached
- In an unworn condition, footwear must not have been worn outside
Please fill out the Returns Form located on your dispatch note located inside your parcel and send it to us with your item. Any return that is sent back to our warehouse without a completed returns form or that are not ‘as new’ will be refused.
Goods must be returned at your cost. We recommend you use recorded delivery to return any items to us as the goods are your responsibility until we receive them.
