Here are a few troubleshooting tips that may help fix the problem for you:

  • You’ve received an error message on our return portal, please click here for help.

  • Struggling to find the QR code or return label that should’ve been emailed to you? Please check your junk/spam folder in case it’s gone there my mistake. The email was sent from no-reply@intelligentreturns.net. If you are still unable to locate your QR Code or Return label, please contact Customer Care for help. 

  • You’ve requested a return label but changed your mind and would like a QR Code instead or vice versa? Please contact our Customer Care Team who will be able to assist you with this.
  • You are trying to return a marketplace item (i.e. an item sold and shipped by a 3rd party seller via our website), but our return portal says your order cannot be found? Please note that marketplace items have to be returned to the seller. Return instructions can be found inside your parcel. If you are unable to locate them please contact our Customer Care Team who will be able to assist you.
  • You booked a collection via Evri but they failed to pick up your return? Please contact our Customer Care Team and provide them with the following information so they can re-book the failed collection: 
    • Number of items to be returned
    • Original Booking reference and your Mountain Warehouse Order number
    • Normal collection or is it a large/bulky item (e.g. furniture, tent, luggage)
    • Full name and collection address
    • Telephone & email address
    • Any special instructions
