For a little peace of mind this Christmas, we have extended our usual returns policy. From 1st October 2024, items bought online or in-store as gifts will be eligible for return until 31st January 2025.
For purchases made in one of our stores, simply return the product to any store in its original and saleable condition.
- If you have a receipt, you’ll receive an exchange, a gift card, or a full refund.
- If you do not have a receipt but valid proof of purchase (e.g. bank statement), you’ll receive an exchange or gift card. For a refund you will have to contact our Customer Care Team providing the following:
- Proof of purchase (e.g. bank statement; online banking screenshot)
- Amount paid
- Date of purchase
- Original payment method (if card, last 4 digits of card used)
- Store where the purchase was made (mandatory)
- Reason for refund (provide as much detail as possible)
- If you have a gift receipt, you will receive an exchange or a gift card for the original selling price.

If you do not have a receipt or valid proof of purchase and the item is faulty you'll receive an exchange or a gift card for the current selling price.

For online purchases, items can be returned to any store accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or dispatch note, or sent back to our warehouse through our easy returns process. This does not affect your statutory rights.
