Password Change
To change your password, please visit our website and select 'My Account' and log in using your existing username and password. You’ll then be taken to your Account Menu. Within the “Update Details” section, simply click on the Link and follow the relevant steps to update.
If you have forgotten your password, don’t worry. Simply click the ‘Forgotten password?' link at the bottom of your sign in tab.
Enter your email and you will be sent a code to your email address and can follow the instructions to change your password.
Email Change
Regrettably, you cannot amend your email address on your account as the system won’t allow for multiple email addresses. In this case you would need to register a new account with the new email address.
