Once arrived in store, we hold your Click and Collect order for 10 days. You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. If your order has not been collected within 7 days, you will receive another reminder by email. You will then have a further 3 days to visit the store.
Should you be unable to collect your order within this time, it will be cancelled and refunded to your original method of payment minus any Click and Collect charges detailed on your delivery options.
Please remember to bring your order confirmation email on collection along with one form of ID (eg. Payment card, photocard driving licence, passport etc)
