Please note, when requesting a tax invoice from us, this may take up to 30 working days, though currently we aim to email this to you within 5 business days from date of request.
Tax Exemption
Unfortunately, you are unable to purchase items tax-free at the point of purchase/sale.
Please note you will need to make the purchase as normal and then email us your order number and the information to support the exemption. Once we have received the exemption documents, our Tax Team will verify them. If you are eligible we will confirm a tax refund via email.
