To start your return simply follow the instructions below
Please note a $15 charge is applicable which will be deducted from your refund total.
Further, due to the nature of some products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear, or swimwear where the hygiene seal is not intact. This list is not exhaustive and does not affect your statutory rights.
Return via Australia Post
- Click here to create your return through our returns portal. You’ll find your Order ID. on your confirmation email or on the dispatch note received with your parcel.
- Select your returns method and generate the Returns Label.
- Package your return appropriately.
- Apply label to outside of your return and drop the parcel off at your local drop off location.
Please allow up to 14-21 days for your return and refund to be processed.
