At Mountain Warehouse we offer our EU customers 2 different guarantees:
- 2-year guarantee under EU law
- 3-year guarantee on our 'Extreme Clothing Range'
The guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear. Waterproof products require re-proofing every 6 months or when dirty to maintain their waterproof properties.
