If you change your mind about a ski package, you can return all of the ski package items back to us, in their original conditions, following our instructions here. As the items are sold as a discounted package, you will not be able to return individual products: the whole set of items must be returned for a refund.
If an item in your ski package is faulty or not as described (incorrect size or colour), we will be happy to arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or refund on that particular product. Please contact Customer Care providing a description and photo of the fault.
We’re not able to offer exchanges for products purchased online.
If an item in your ski package is the wrong size, we recommend placing a new order for the item in the new size on our website. The item purchased outside of a package will be a higher price, but we will be able to apply a discount if you contact us, providing your new order number. The item you wish to replace can then be returned to us free of charge with our easy returns options.
Please note that single items in an accessories package cannot be returned or refunded.
