We only offer exchanges via return to our stores - we're not able to exchange items as part of an online return.
Exchanges in store
In store, our team can help select a replacement style, colour or size. Please note if a replacement cannot be found, a refund will be issued back to the method of purchase which may take up to 5 working days onto a card.
Please note: Only items fulfilled by Mountain Warehouse can be exchanged in store.
Alternative items online
If you need to purchase an alternative size or colour online, please return the unwanted item and place a new order. Returns will be processed and refunded in 14 to 21 days.
Please note because of the nature of some products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear, or swimwear where the hygiene seal is not intact. This list is not exhaustive and does not affect your statutory rights.
