We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that delivery will not be affected by events outside our control. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded. In the event of a delay, we aim to keep you updated along the way and will take all the necessary steps to resolve any issues this may cause.
