How to: 

  1. Click here to start your return through our returns portal with the relevant local provider. You’ll find your Order No. on your confirmation email or on the returns form received with your parcel. 

  2. Please note that a postage fee will be charged for your return, depending on the local provider. You’ll see the charge on the returns portal. 

  3. Package your return appropriately, making sure to include your completed Returns Form that arrived with your order. If you no longer have the Form, get a new one here

  4. You will receive a confirmation email with details of how to track your return. Please retain your proof of postage in case of any issues.

Please allow 14 to 21 days for your return and refund to be processed

We’re not able to refund postage costs. Please keep hold of your proof of postage until you receive confirmation of your return and refund. 

 

Faulty items 

If your item arrived faulty, or developed a fault, please contact us providing photos of the fault before returning your order.
