As long as your tent is unused (it must not have been pitched), and still in the correct packaging with all labels attached, you can return your tent to us.

Unwanted tents may be returned to any of our stores.
Please note that if your tent is faulty and is not a Mountain Warehouse tent, you'll need to contact us.

If you purchased your tent online, you can return it to us through one of the options here.
If your tent is over 10kg and/or over 60cm in length, please contact us to help arrange a return.
If your tent arrived faulty, or developed a fault, please contact us providing photos of the fault before returning your order.
